The service here is a very mixed bag. The actual haircut and beard service is good. But their customer service is terrible. Granted, I walked in without an appointment, but there were only one or two customers ahead of me. I waited over 2 hours and still didn't get served.When I asked the person doing walk-ins how long he had left with the person in front of me he told me I just need to finish off his beard"... Ten minutes later he continued with a full haircut. I just walked out and will never be back."

One of my fav barber shop been coming here for a while now for my hot towel shave and haircut! Lovely service clean shop highly recomend this place

Super friendly atmosphere - always welcoming and pleasant whenever I visit! The space is regularly cleaned and I always feel fresh when I leave. My barber and stylist always takes his time in making sure he provides exceptional quality and consistently provides perfect service!

NormLly I get good service but it seemed like there was new employees that were untrained and ultimately ruined my hair, I had to keep telling him what to do. Will come here again but never to that barber who seemed new as I had never seen him before

By seeing this google reviews I went in but had an unpleasant experience as I waited there for approx 2 hours to get a hair cut.They have a app system to do booking and I was not aware of this hence if you are going there for first time I will suggest to download the app and do pre-booking.Apart from online booking they are also allowing their friends to book via WhatsApp due to which I am giving them average review.But I really liked the hair cut and they are very professional as far as hair cut is concerned although they have a scope to improve on admin part.I will still recommend this salon but suggest to do pre-booking

I have been going to this place with my boys for over a year, but no more. Went to this place as soon as it opened at 9am, and there was only one person working there. He had an appointment who showed up 10 mins late, and told me it will be 30 mins max, and we are next. At 10:48 he was still doing the same person and nowhere near completing. I asked if someone else was coming he said they will start coming after 10:00 (place opens at 9). And then made it my fault that i don't an appointment when i said i nees to go and rebook, when it was him who told me to wait. So i left to never come back again. I would have booked an appointment but its very harf getting 3 appointments at the same time.And when i have had an appointment for a haircut that they say will be about 30 mins on their website, they have always rushed it and was over in usually 15 mins, so it seems if they know you they will happily spend an hour on your appointment, if not, finish you off as soon as they can.

I am always greeted with a smile and great welcome from all the barbers. Pathum especially gives a professional service adhering to my needs effectively. I always leave very happy with my haircut, thanks to the precision and attention to detail to make sure I look the best. The service is swift and not time consuming as they have an online app via bookings called Booksy. I recommend booking before hand to avoid disappointment of waiting. The shop is always clean and tidy. I have personally used studio one’s products and am amazed by the quality of their beard oil and other exclusive products. Top class barber shop.
