Absolutely rubbish I have a repeat prescription every month.This is probably the seventh time I've been to collect it and it's not ready.I've complained several times to no avail.This time they said I was early well its a Bank Holiday weekend that would have meant I would have run out.Over the weekend.I give up.Could not organise a p up in a brewery.

Called today 01/09/23 to collect a prescription for my wife, which was ordered over two weeks ago. The shop assistant, Tina had a quick look, and said, I don't have the order

At busy times when people are queuing outside, there is little sense of urgency.

Some members of staff treat people like they are doing you a favour to allow you to come into the shop. Consistantly lose prescriptions. They are part of the Hadleigh Health Centre and as such consider customers to be a captive audience so do not deserve to be treated as intellegent beings.We have had enough and will be taking our custom elsewhere.

Was caught rather short due to my negligence by omitting to order a certain medication for the Practice Nurse to administer on Friday afternoon. The staff and Pharmacist were absolute gems as the had the medication to hand.My deepest thanks to the people.

I needed an emergency prescription for steroids and this pharmacy would not help. Apparently you have to be registered to the surgery next door. And they call themselves independent.

I don't use this pharmacy frequently, but when I do, I have always been impressed with the team who work there. I'm reviewing today because, while sitting and waiting for my prescription (and this pharmacy has LOTS of seating available), I witnessed some of the most kind and professional behaviour from a member of their team. A lady with very poor mobility had come in for her prescriptions and some personal shopping items. A female member of staff took the list and set off collecting the items, checking for approval when necessary. She took her time, and made sure that the lady had everything she needed. It was so refreshing to see that people do still have the time to act in a way that makes a tremendous difference to so many. This (female) member of staff, and the rest of the pharmacy team should be commended and thanked.

I’ve just phoned the reception, they answered and I explained my situation. (Which I would claim as an emergency). However, apparently there are no appointments for the rest of this week?! And the next 4-5 weeks?! Absolutely ridiculous!! I have something which is causing me a lot of discomfort and anxiety that, I need to get sorted out ASAP - otherwise it may get worse (from research). Yet I still have to sit around and wait for a call from a nurse?! I was expecting better service than that - what I was really hoping for, was an actual appointment. It’s so hard now to get an appointment in Hadleigh, at the pharmacy, as a young lady. There’s too many elderly, taking up spaces, who don’t even need it.

Very happy. I placed my repeat prescription on an email and its ready 4 days later. I also buy loads from there as its very very well priced
