I cannot recommend Helen highly enough. My husband went for a simple stress back massage and came out having something really wrong picked up on and she ended up down the road of helping fix it. I just wish we lived closer to visit every week! She really is incredible, and looks way beyond what you ask, to 'what you really need' to stay in tip top shape, physically and energy wise. OK. This was amazing but very different to what you might expect. Helen will be very in tune with your needs. Forget pan pipe music and essential oils, this is very effective. Recommend 100%
