I eat and drink here regularly, up until recently the staff had been so rude , esp the heavy lady with glasses but she seems to be gone now , she always ignored how to would ask for my coffee to be , it is the unfriendliest costa ive ever been to . There are two lovely girls in there right now so maybe things are changing. These two actually smile and act like they want to be here .

I ordered coffee with my takeaway cup; there was no discount like in other coffee shops. Also, the coffee was full of water and tasted unpleasant. For the final one, I was told they didn't have wifi when I asked if I could join the wifi.

The 'manager ' opening today called to inform me that she didn't have any of the food I'd ordered in stock. she didn't have breakfast alternatives she suggested that as the customer I must be understanding of her failing to update items missing on the menu and that I must get a refund through just eat as she had made a mistake and had no possible suggestion of how to solve the problem.Of course I'm going to seek a refund through Just Eat; however, a member of staff making a mistake (which is reasonable) then suggesting I must fix it myself with no input on their side is ridiculous! Going on to cut the call when i said i didn't want the chicken club and orther lunch alternatives she suggested.I'd suggest, if you're going to have staff that conducts themselves in this manner not leaving them on shift alone or allowing them to interact with customers.

Egg muffin contains a miniscule amount of scrambled egg which is not evenly distributed. Looks nothing like advertised. False advertising. This cost me £2. Really Costa? Rip off!Staff do not listen and always get order wrong. Dirty shop, needs a good clean. Avoid!

Sweet little spot with great Internet (which saved my life for a work meeting that day!)The staff was very accommodating and patient and sweet while we checked the Internet. One of them was an impressive polyglot who seem to speak everything from Portuguese to some Eastern European languages in addition to a perfect English!The coffee was good but the bakeries we ordered let us down. They were dry and old, no flavour. And for the cost of £3+ it should not be anything but delicious!

Very small but if you're popping in, it's okay. The staff were very friendly. They forgot my shot of coffee in my coffee, but soon rectified it before I even sipped it to notice. We all laughed about it. Very nice staff.

Way better than I expected, rides are great and age appropriate entertainment was great for our 2 year old. The park itself was lovely. Probably could do a bit more with the queues though. A screen with episodes playing while you queue would probably appease a fair few of the meltdowns

Very spacious downstairs. Used it as my office today. Hot drinks and lovely bites. Clean toilet too.
