The website has over 50 product categories which are ordered alphabetically making it near impossible to browse. I was after a specific part so I phoned up, and the person I spoke to bluntly told me they did not stock the item before he hung up the phone

But they refused my sale and gave me my money back.This is because of problems with their main website and the ISP that was too slow for usersFor an example of this 300 users to one system would slow it down or crash it.They had database issues and crashesLogging into their control panel was too slow and did not show the order when you bought the item".At home
