Rang today for a price on Hyundai I10 service as they are approved service centre. Spoke to a gentleman who was efficient and quite direct. Asked for 4 year service and he came up with the price of £365.00 I queried this as the official Hyundai web site listed the cost £311:00 for this particular centre his reply is no it’s £365:00 without any explanation. I said I would have to think about it and he just said fine without any thought of trying to look at any flexibility. I rang another local Hyundai centre who is charging £297:00 for the same service car now booked in.

Took my hyundai I20N here for its 1st service after receiving shocking customer services from my closest dealer. Steads provided a £70 saving , very friendly reception and service staff , free teas and coffees in a comfortable waiting area , and the convenience of a morrisons across the road for breakfast.

Always use Eric Stead, been a customer for over 20yrs. Excellent service whether buying new or second hand cars or having a service or mechanical work done. They are honest and upfront about prices and never short change you on work carried out.

As always the service is 10/10. Friendly, helpful, punctual and trustworthy. Any issues during service and Paul Service Manager rings to discuss and resolve quickly. Nothing is too much trouble. Service is has it should be. Wouldn't go anywhere else so hope you never remove their ability to service like was done with yundai sales

Car’s routine service , previously had MOT done at local garage who gave advisory on front brake pads needing replacement and they offered to do them. Decided Eric Stead checked and told me they were fine and Not in need of replacement.
