A couple of clowns arrived, claimed that they couldn't get access in an area frequently used by HGV's, made a load of excuses and left. If you have got a difficult job to do, forget this lot. If you are happy to pay for something easy you could do yourself, they might be OK.

Rapid response workers were very friendly and professional it was a council job but I'd recommend them they left no mess and closed the gate on the way out I've got dogs so very important small thing but matters
