I have been having reflexology with Kate for nearly a year now and I honestly can not imagine my life without her. I have fibromyalgia and Kate has made such a positive impact on my quality of day to day life. I always feel so refreshed and positive after our sessions. I would 100% recommend Kate.

I had never heard of reflexology before or the many health benefits of the treatment. Kate invited me for a meeting to help me find out more and trial a treatment. I couldn’t believe how much better I felt afterwards. The treatment helped me to relax and de-stress long after the day of treatment. Kate is very calming, informative and a genuine nice person. As part of our commitment to staff wellbeing, particularly since the challenges of the covid pandemic, we are always looking for ways to support our employees at Blackstar Solutions.Following a meeting with Kate at Lotus Reflexology I decided to suggest that she provided a half day of Reflexology taster treatments, to give staff the opportunity to try a different therapy and approach to managing emotional and physical health.Despite some initial skepticism, we had overwhelming positive feedback about the experience.Kate was efficient, the cost was reasonable and well worth the benefits, and we are planning to ask her to run another event in the new year.

I recently had the opportunity to have a session of reflexology with Kate, following a taster session we had during a work placed well-being day.Kate was happy to travel to me, arriving in plenty of time to set up the equipment so we could start the treatment on time.Before the treatment Kate took time to go through any health issues and conditions, which was done discreetly and with the utmost sensitivity. Kate gave lots of tips and advice during the consultation, which I found to be very useful following the treatment.Kate is very softly spoken with a gentleness that instantly made me feel at ease, peaceful and calm.The reflexology itself was very relaxing and personally focused on any health conditions that you may have. Kate has a warmth and softness about her which reflected in her treatment.I have had lots of massages over the years however this was the first time I have fallen asleep during a treatment! Throughout the rest of the day I felt light, relaxed and stress free and had the best night’s sleep I have had in months, and am now looking forward to my next session.For a relaxing alternative treatment I would highly recommend Kate and her healing hands.

I have used Kate's incredible products and they are just lush! I can highly recommend them for anyone who wants high quality bath salts, creams and/or candles. My partner uses the bath salts like they are going out of fashion. Fab company. Brilliant products. I'll be back for more no doubt!

Kate is highly experienced and very knowledgeable. She has been able to make a huge difference to my daughters knee issues after just a few treatments. I can highly recommend her services.

My 11 year old daughter is autistic with a PDA profile and finds it extremely difficult to open up and trust new people. We started on Kate's autism project 5 months ago - during her first session we only managed 3 minutes at the end of the hour and by the third she was lying down at the end asking why she couldn't stay longer! She's now had 12 sessions and there has been a clear reduction in her anxiety levels over that time. She wants to continue ongoing, she looks forward to it every week. Kate is brilliant with my daughter, really gets her and handles being 'tested' relentlessly without taking it personally! My daughter says Kate's so cool because she knows about Star Wars

I was recommended to Kate by a friend who has been seeing her for years.I was suffering terribly with plantar fasciitis in both feet which caused constant pain. Medication was masking the symptoms and barely helped.I cannot recommend Kate Highly enough, she is friendly, professional and has worked wonders for me with my original problem, also my anxiety and stress levels have been significantly lower.The environment is super relaxed and I always leave feeling amazing.

I recently had a treatment with Kate, and it was really nice, so relaxing. She's very good at what she does. She also has some lovely products. I use her lavender bath salts and they definitely make for a very relaxing bath!
