I was going to this supermarket since July last year, all the staffs are friendly except the cashier this morning, no greetings no thank you, when I can't hear what she said the total amount, she show me her inpatient face. I think she is more suitable work at the back rather than serving customers. Last but not least she gave me wrong changes, and not even bother apologize.

Lad named josh very helpful and funny . Good job josh mate brilliant can’t go wrong with his services absolutely faultless spectacular from josh.

Staff are usually pleasant and friendly, however today I was served by someone I've only seen once before. Terrible attitude, not friendly at all, no thank you & had to ask him for my receipt. Terrible customer service from this individual, & next time he's working the till, I shall walk out & spend my money else where. Rest of the staff are always pleasant, makes a difference.

0/0I ordered from this disgusting store through Just Eat.They are extraordinarily expensive. They sent the lamb rotten, the chicken salad was sour, the Christmas cookies were already expired and Lindt chocolate instead of 375 gr they sent a box of 200 gr. Other products were also missing, such as oranges, which they did not announce as missing.Horrible swindlers! too bad I didn't read the reviews before ordering from them!

The woman outside the shop is a nuisance, hustling shoppers each every time one passes by.. Heavy traffic, cars parked everywhere including pavements, junctions, crossings. Fast polluted unsafe traffic..

Most of the staff here are very rude. Security guard is always watching movies on his phone when he should be doing his job !

They miss items in the food orders nearly every time. Half the time they replace something, it’s nothing like the product you ordered.How hard is it to read an order and put the items in? …They manage to do it every time.The staff in person are nice and the food choices are good, but they need to change the way they do online orders.

Ordered pineapples through uber..recieved 6 soft rotten foul smelling pineapples..obviously not being kept cold…never again

This supermarket, although large only caters for shoppers buying 10 items or less. The trolley checkouts are never open so it is an absolute mess trying to scan a weeks shop in the self checkouts.Dont come here unless you're buying only a few items.Feel sorry for the staff members who have to put up with this.

Short version: During a cost of living crisis, they make money by stealing it from disabled customers by refusing to refund them for overcharged orders they don't deliver (as in, charged more than the bill agreed).Long version:I made an order totalling over £75. It didn't turn up 2 hours after my delivery time, so I rang the store and they didn't know if it was in the store or had been picked up... Gave me an incorrect number to ring to 'find out where it is'.Found the right phone number online, but it was past the work hours, apparently the store didn't know their own phoneline hours?It was now 3 hours after order was due, so I made a request for a refund through the website which requires things like your order number.I got an email asking me to provide my order number, because they never actually read your first email unless you tell them 'Hey could you read what I sent already, and respect my time?'This time I patiently provided them the details and showed them the 2 delivery and one charge email which showed they were kept increasing the cost, and charged a higher amount than either email said I'd be charged. Strange.Then I waited 2 weeks and 2 days for a response, not through choice but because replying kept giving me worrying 'this email is no longer monitored' automated emails. I was hoping that was in error but apparently they asked for more detail using an email I couldn't really reply to due to having no intentions of repaying me, after increasing and increasing and then charging a higher cost than even agreed, and never even giving me a single good for it.I sure do love getting scammed by 'reputable' stores. Avoid at all costs, their selection is abhorrent and I only used them because of apparently accessibility during a food crisis. Theft isn't accessible or affordable for me, somehow.
