Expensive food now, staff are rude on the drive thru food counter, wanting money for ketchup up when you can walk in and just get it free and get it free when you order inside too!!!Also last week I ordered 5 select where you get 2 free big dips you gave me one. And no receipt for proof of purchase!!!

Apparently incapable of fulfilling an order, always missing or incorrect items. I'm certain Uber Eats are sick of giving me refunds although I don't think I've ever had a drive through order right either. When you prove an incorrect order and the manager asks 'so what do you want me to do?' Just shows the complete lack of management skill and accountability.Do better!

To be fair I am not a fan of McDonald's and a visit is a last resort for me. After visiting this branch on the late afternoon of Monday 17th I feel it's time to lower my standards even more.The food was typically average but the uninterested, gum chewing staff gave the impression that they had all just been given their notice. If it was my restaurant" they would have been."

I much prefer this one than birchley Island.So far I haven't had any issues with missing items of food where as birchley Island are always missing something out of your order.It does get busy here but, still quite fast service.

One of the cleanest McDonald's stores in Birmingham in my opinion. The drive through can get very busy but thats normal for any branch. There is a good amount of seating inside and the tables get wiped frequently by staff. Service is decent and the interior is nice and bright after the refurbish

Visited for a takeaway, hot drinks are well priced except, Latte, Cappuccino and flat white which are close to double the price of regular coffee. Drinks are good quality.
