Pets at Home Brentford
I have been to many pets at home branches but this one is my favourite!!! Everyone is so kind and helpful and they are always stocked up, today I went in to the store to buy food and look for teeth cleaning supplies for my cat and I was helped by an amazing lady called Caitlin, she was soooo sweet, soo helpful and patient. She is the perfect example of what all customer service should be. Not only was she helpful but very knowledgeable. Caitlin helped me with the ingredients in the products and advised me on what the best choice would be. I’m very glad and thankful for her help and I hope she gets rewarded in the best way.

We visited the vets at pet's at home with a stray cat. The staff were really lovely ,caring and compassionate about all animals regardless. Definitely a place to visit if you have an animal.

We love bringing our Cassie to pets at home, always a lot of options and she gets so much love from the staff. Randy was absolutely exceptional today - he has such an amazing positive energy. Randy was kind enough to recommend charcoal biscuits for our dog for her digestion- he's just amazing. Thank you Randy!!! Xxx

Well all i can say is worst customer service today went in to fet some fish i call the sales person whom casually walks past and ignores so i then go to the till the lady radios some one and that someone walks past 2 mins someone will be with you i waited 10 mins and what happens move on to the Uber collection noth even bothering to come to me like she said or saying be 5mins or so. Gave my business last week came today as was gd last visit and today it was a never come again experience

Good experience purchasing our two beautiful gerbils here, and enjoyed purchasing everything that was suggested to us, however I’d like to add that NONE of the cages at pets at home are suitable for gerbils! Please do not put your gerbils in the torture chambers sold here, and do plenty of research in appropriate gerbil cages before buying a minimum of two.

On a rainy day when a walk in the park doesn't feel particularly inviting (either to us or the dog) we often walk over to Pets at Home for a mooch. Our dog loves having a bit of a social with other pooches, enjoys staring at the rabbits and guinea pigs (oddly, she seems to want to play with them rather than hunt them), and being fussed over by admiring humans. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and there is always a new toy or packet of treats that has to be bought (a dog can never have enough toys or choice of treats) or a tempting deal on a doggie something. A great store with a great range of products. Our dog definitely rates it 5 stars.

I go for Dog and cat food mainly, but also for Companion Care vets. Pets at home is well- stocked and competitive. I like that the loyalty card allows for donation to pet charities. Staff are friendly and informative and love the visiting pets. My dog makes a bee-line for the tills where she gets attention and treats and has been known to drag me in when I'm passing the store!

Big store but maybe bit too big as it feels quite empty.. We got what we needed though, helped by staff member Randy who is super friendly and bubbly, top customer service and thumbs up for him, a true star!
