Always the same great fried chicken. Even the fries were quite good this time. They're usually soggy and tepid. Well done! 5*.The service element: not so good. Usual disinterested counter staff. Only one on duty. Uniform looked as though it hadn't been washed in a while. Fast service but no smiles. No extras. Just the food dumped onto our table.Atmosphere: poor. Ethnic import noise screeching from the overhead speakers. I mean as in disco level decibels! So loud it made conversation impossible. We asked the disinterested, grubby looking staff to turn it down. Moments later, it got turned back up again. Seeing we were the only customers in the building, turning the noise back up again really was an act of defiance! Customers are such a nuisance!We wondered if the hideous ethnic import noise was the reason we were the only ones there?Nope. Good fried chicken. Passable chips. Nice decor. Lousy social experience.

This is easily the filthiest fast food restaurant I've been in. Every table covered in bits of food. Same on the floor, with bits of rubbish thrown in for good measure.Ordered on one of the touchscreens... also filthy. No number things to take to a table - when your order's ready they just shout the order number and you go and collect from the counter. Not really an issue, in the grand scheme of things, but another indication of how the place is run. Another corner cut.It does make me wonder what compromises they're making in the kitchen...There were only two other tables occupied (at 6pm on a Saturday evening) and it's easy to see why it wasn't busier.We won't be back.

After waiting 25 minutes because they serve home delivery's first then pouring me pepsi i have to say the chicken on this occasion was not good whilst i appreciate it has a crispy coating i do not expect it to almost break my teeth

How kfc has gone down hill i had fillet Tower box meal and it was dry and luke warm asked for a fresh one and I'm sure the give me the same one back the staff were more interested in talking to each other than serving they were all young perhaps it would be good to have someone older more responsible who cares about the place and get the standard of the food and service back to where it used to be ill never go back to Killingworth kfc again .

Avoid kfc Killingworth by all means.. rude staff. Worth readying other comments below.They done have a clue how to add a voucher code from the kfc app FOR FREEBIES.Restaurant looks uncleaned.Staff are rude, they are not concerned about customers at all. This kfc has some serious issues.Pls go to cowgate or byker instead..

Today 31st July, Ordered a 10 piece bucket, only got 8 and each piece was so dry that it was horrible and we all binned it. This has actually put me off ever getting a KFC again. AVOID!!!!

The KFC app wasn’t working but the staff were so kind and helpful to get us the discounted price of what we were trying to order. Food was absolutely delicious too. Disappointed they don’t do mash anymore though, hope they bring it back!!

One young girl real attitude. After ask how she was as everybody has bad days. seconds later she was happy just had a snobbish attitude.Reason I i’m making the review following this moments later, a guy had an issue with food that he hadn’t eating. No empathy also would’ve been easy to fix.He comes back and I’m pretty sure I heard the guy sau speak English, he was speaking English just slightly broken, just a disgusting service.

Went in here the other week. We're going to sit in but seen the place had not been cleaned. Loads of staff in loads standing doing nothing. So, we didn't bother got food to go.. food was OK. not he best KFC I've had.

Arrived on a Sunday afternoon to order using the screens and didn't get any receipt. When asking the staff about my order, just got ignored. No communication, no manager in control or supervising. Got to be the worst KFC branch I have ever visited.
