Doctor Sprocket's Professional Bike Fitters

This was my first ever bike fit and Greg was very knowledgeable and approachable!I didn't need big changes to my set up, just tweaks here and there but Greg was very thorough and filled in a lot of gaps in my knowledge. I would recommend going to him if you have any issues or are just looking for set up tweaks.

If you have a bike, you have to see Greg at Doctor Sprockets! What a superb guy with an incredible amount of experience (and humour!) that will 100% fix any issues you have on you bike.I took two very different bikes in and within minutes Greg had identified the core issues to not only my recurring lower back ache )on rides over 30miles) and pins and needles in my left hand. I was amazed when he looked at my shoulders and seat position and immediately diagnosed that my seat was about 10 degrees off centre!!!The whole experience was welcoming, incredibly professional and very easy. I cannot recommend Doctor Sprockets enough.Since the fit, I was out on the bike the very next day and noticed an immediate positive difference - not only am I more comfortable- but quicker! Very Professional and Experienced bike fitterI first went to see Greg for a ‘bike sizing’ service as I was in the market for a new bike. Greg was very friendly and welcoming we discussed what type of riding I wanted to do and gave me a recommendation of bikes which would suit my geometry.After purchasing the bike I returned to see Greg for him to set it up for me and have a proper fitting done, this included a foot measurement and cleat fitting and a saddle fitting, I treated myself to a new saddle from Greg and he even let me try it for a few weeks before purchasing it from him.Throughout the whole process Greg was very professional and shared so much knowledge and experienced with me as a newer rider I really appreciated this and it gave me a lot of confidence. I am extremely happy with the experience and will be returning to Greg again.I would highly recommend his services, thanks Greg, see you soon.

I booked in with Greg (Dr Sprocket) for a bike fitting session for my road and gravel bikes Sep 2023. He provided a very professional service, setting up both bikes for their intended riding styles. He is extremely knowledgeable and provides great customer service which made my first bike fit an enjoyable experience.

Absolute top bloke and great service. Didn't want to make an expensive mistake and buy the wrong size bike. Everyone has completely different geometry - don't just go by the manafacturers height guide" each bike set up on jig to check fit

Thought I'd wait 2 weeks following the bike fit before writing the review as Greg did say to give it 4 or 5 rides to allow the adjustments to become comfortable and see the benefits. After just completing 200 miles in 2 days I can't stress enough both the increased comfort and improved performance following the fitting! Gone are the shoulder and neck pain as well as the pins and needles in my hands.I can't recommend the service provided by Greg enough, professional, friendly and for the benefits it's excellent value too!Half of the Gwalchmai cycling club have now used the service and its a 4 hour round trip which says it all!!!!

This was the first time I had been for a bike fitting and was a little apprehensive.Greg's set up is very professional and Greg's manner has you right at ease straight away.Using video analysis tools Greg analysed my riding position and adjusted the position of my seat and shoe cleats to set me in the optimum riding position.Greg explains thoroughly what and why he is doing . He also explains the bio mechanics involved, this was very interestingI have been out on a few rides since I had this fitting and I definitely feel more comfortable when riding.I would definitely recommend Greg's services to all cyclists.

I visited Doctor Sprocket's (Greg) on September 4th after being advised by a friend to have a professional bike fit.Greg has a very impressive set up and is clearly a knowledgeable cyclist himself. He explains precisely what is wrong and what needs to be done to rectify the problem with the current fit.It is now 2 weeks since my visit and i have to say my cycling has been transformed! I am far more comfortable on the bike and also feel more powerful with less effort. I now feel as one on the bike! Massive credit to Greg. Its only costs a fraction of the price of a bike so why wouldn't you do it??
