Booked at taxi tonight to go into Leeds. They asked me for the postcode, not them doing it so saving them a job to be told fixed price at £20. Got in the taxi to be told going round the houses at 30 miles a hour is quicker than go up Stanningley bypass....driver then phoned the base to be told that if we want to go the quicker way it will be an additional £5.60. How can you do this to a customer when you are in the taxi on your way yet you booked it at fixed price? Will never recommend Kelly's idle ways...absolute jokers!!!!!

Always reliable service from Kelly's taxis

15 minutes late to pick up then charged £50 to get to Harrogate from Idle. Checked uber as we got out and they were charging just £33. Absolutely ridiculous. We try and support local businesses but how can we when they charge such ridiculous amounts compared to others!

Both cars I ordered on their app arrived on time, reasonably priced. I was able to amend the time for pick up.Will use again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Last evening I booked a cab to take me to St, Lukes Hospital for my chemo treatment for 8.15am today, after waiting 10 mins in the car park at Dunkhill Croft, I had to phone to see why it was late and if I should contact another company as my appointment was 9.00am. I had allowed 45 mins to get to St. Lukes in good time, due to traffic conditions. The cab turned up 15mins late and I was late for my treatment. Whilst the driver did his best to beat the traffic it ended up costing me £11.00 for what should have been a four mile journey costing no more than £6.00. Needless to say, I will not be using Kellys Idleway in future. Booking a time slot was a waste of a phone call, I would advise all Hospital visitors to use Eccleshill Taxis whom I have always found most reliable, unlike the set of overcharging IDIOTS at KELLYS.
