Cherubs South Normanton

One word AMAZING!!!All the staff are amazing, friendly, helpful and give 100%, the children love them.Both my children have been so happy at Cherubs South Normanton, they have really grown and learnt so much there. I can't thank the whole team enough. I will miss the nursery staff just as much as my children will. Keep being AMAZING!!

Was alright, pre-school area a little small

They ripped me off with nursery fees and then I had to chase my refund! Really disappointed, its seems that parents use it out of convinience rather than choice. The monitoring of development is very poor and the fees for extra hours/lateness are high. They arnt very flexible! The management are terrible and always fob you off with - its come from head office! Big turnover of staff! The nursery nurses are lovely and I actually feel that they could be appreciated a lot more and the outdoor area is good.

Very disappointed.Couldn’t handle my grandson for the 3 days he attend and rang up asking for him to be collect after 3 hours on each visit.They then threatened my daughter with a CCJ if she didn’t pay for the time he didn’t attend as he was in hospital for 3 weeks with a serious illness even though she told then he wasn’t coming back.I totally understand there is a contract in place but have heart.They feel they need the money as they “over staffed” for the days he didn’t attend didn’t know he got one on one care.Will never use these again and will never recommend.

Lovely staffs, however Iam a bit concerned about the state of the section designed for sleeping. The rug and the pillows looks so tattered and dirty. I will probably be moving my child to another nursery.
