Very efficient and friendly service. Took daughter in without an appointment to get undercut tidied up as well as get lines cut into it. She is absolutely delighted and will definitely be back!! :)

Really good barber, Unlike some of the turkish barbers she speaks really good English.. she is friendly and haircut was spot on.

Quality for money have been about 5 times now and they really go the extra mile to make the haircut look professional and very detailed. Some other places they try to rush but in here detail is great.

So I rarely throw criticism, especially towards small businesses but I think constructive criticism is always going to be helpful to the business and customers deserve a heads up. My main complaint is how they only accept cash, especially during the pandemic where obviously cash was used much less for sanitary purposes. Perhaps it’s to save fees on card processing but I don’t see why customers wouldn’t cover this - I know I’d be happy to. In this day and age I think accepting card should be a necessity. Having cash is inconvenient for me, it gets lost more easily and just is overall inconvenient compared to swiping my card. Not to mention how filthy physical money is.I will say though that the male barber that works there - Turkish gentleman is lovely and charismatic, he’s great to talk to and I’ve noticed how amazing he is with kids. He is fantastic at his job as well, you can tell he enjoys working with people and he’s done a very good job at cutting my hair for me every time. I’ve had various cuts from skin fades to standard ones. No complaints about him whatsoever.However the lady that works there in my experience isn’t very approachable nor friendly, she isn’t the type of person you’d expect to be working with people all day. I don’t think I’ve ever even seen her smile. I understand that not everyone enjoys working with people but I feel as though she doesn’t want to be there. I’m not saying that she’s doing anything wrong and that she should change as a person, only that a customer-friendly experience is what makes you want to go back to a place. However I will say that this lady is good at her job and I have no complaints about my cuts. I’ve been in a total of 5 or 6 times and she has cut my hair around half of those times.Overall going here I always come out a decent trim, but I only go here when I’m out of options. I’d rather walk out happy and upbeat, with clean hands and without going to the ATM beforehand than have to be inconvenienced.Again I don’t want to hurt their business, but this is my honest experience. I really hope that this Turkish Barber will acknowledge my opinions and not write me off as someone who just wants to complain.
