I am very pleased with the quality of the monks bench i received. We did have some issues with eta but these were sorted out eventually with the courier and the depot.

Ordered from Home Done a Oil filled heater. their price was cheaper then the other suppliers. delivery was very prompt, however the remote was missing, thankfully Abdul from after sales got that sorted immediately. Thank you Abdul

Great price, great quality and very quick shipping.I read some of the reviews and was quite hesitant to place an order but I liked the positive reviews so decided to give Home Done a try.I ordered on Monday night and the order was delivered on the Wednesday! The units were very easy to put together and definitely the best quality of make at home I have come across.Very pleased and would definitely order from Home Done again.

After reading all the reviews and having placed my order for my sofas I was extremely worried about my sofas being as described and turning up. I was pleasantly surprised and Thankyou to Sarah.A who sent me emails updating me all the way of my delivery. Sofas were just as shown on website and delivery was smooth and on time! Thankyou

Horrible company. BEWARE of this scammers. They will take 2 extra weeks for delivery after delivery date is agreed, won't even email you, will just call you and say they are on their way.They will also charge you for delivery at the door if you live more than ground floor, which is not stated on the delivery info. Avoid this company their products are not worth the hassle!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!I ordered two bedside tables advertised as 'natural' colour. They arrived and they were grey. I didn't even take them out of the box. Arranging a return was a nightmare, I have complained to the ASA as its false advertising. I've also been to trading standards.I returned the items and have a photo to prove it was delivered two days ago. I've tried to call for an update on my return, no answer, and I've been cut off.I then receive an email to tell me that my refund request has been raised with the accounts team and it ill take 6-10 working days to be processed, the website clearly states 2-5 working days for refunds!This company is a scam!! I wish I'd read the reviews before I ordered anything!

Ordered metal garden shed. Was supposed to come in two boxes, at first one of them got misplaced but it can happen before Christmas. After contacting seller everything got fixed very fast and replace box got to me in 2 days. Customer service was also very nice. Shed is also good for the price. Stars well earned.

Terrible company! Allowed me to place order after checking that they deliver to my postcode. Got an almost immediate email saying that they don't deliver to my area as their delivery partners don't cover it. This is despite 4 of the 6 they use delivering to my area! Fast forward a week and still no sign of a refund and a distinct lack of responses from them regarding its whereabouts. Now going to have to take it up with my credit card provider. Avoid, avoid, avoid!
