Strawberry Bouncy Castles

I ordered a Frozen Bouncy Castle for my daughters birthday which I paid in advance. I bought everything for the party, and the evening before my daughter’s party, I receive a phone call off Strawberry bouncy castles. I spoke to a lad who informed me at 20 to 7 at night, that the bouncy castle was unavailable due to the weather! I expressed my disappointment, and in response, the employee laughed and said we don’t control the weather. My father rearranged another bouncy castle through a different company which exceeded expectations. I understand the weather cannot be controlled, but informing the parent the night before, was unreasonable and then to be laughed out was really unprofessional. Very disappointing to say at the very least.
