Paul was awesome today. Great job doing our thorough boiler service for a good price too. He found an unexpected issue with the gas meter and stayed until he knew the gas supplier had booked their emergency engineer to replace it. Top man thanks Paul.

Paul has been absolutely fantastic. Glad to be referred to him and will recommend him to anyone else.I originally had him out a month ago, to cap off the gas to my hob and remove a radiator and cap it, before a new kitchen installation. He was quick to reply to my message and scheduled me in at short notice.After the kitchen was installed I had Paul back to install two new taps, fix the waste and install some isolations valves. He was on time, respectful and I believe great value for money.I had him back again today to fix a faulty flush and fill on my toilet. Once again he went above and beyond spending more time than expected to cut off the rusty bolts that couldn't be removed and get all the extra parts. So, after a week of no hot water and heating, we are finally back in the land of warmth! It seemed like a massive job to us, but Paul and his mate Damian made the whole experience pain-free. Paul explained the whole process as it happened, and made all my worries seem trivial. They had to remove our 46-year-old dinosaur of a boiler which weighed an absolute ton and was an amazing feat of strength to get it down the stairs. A filthy job as it was covered in rust and soot but he managed to keep the mess to a minimum. He also Power Flushed the CH system and the colour of the water that came out was a sight to behold! YUK!!He also suggested moving my washing machine from the bathroom into the airing cupboard, and it's now in its new home underneath my shiny white boiler, and he has added a mini radiator to help dry the clothes.Many thanks to Paul at Simply plumbing and gas services Ltd Milton Keynes. He definitely comes highly recommended to anyone who needs plumbing, or heating work in their home. And he is Gas Safe registered so you know you're in good hands.

Paul came out to have a look at our boiler as we were getting an error warning on it. He diagnosed the problem as failure of the water pump. We wanted to go ahead with the work. However, I found pumps for a lot less than he quoted, so I asked if we bought the pump, could he install it for us. He told me he only does supply and fit. Fair enough, I asked him if he could do it for a different price. However, he didn't reply to me. His communication is not good at all. Simply ignoring people is bad, especially when you know they don't have heating or hot water due to the problem :(

Very pleased with the service we received from this company, arrived promptly to sort out an issue with our boiler not firing up. Very polite and professional and diagnosed the problem straight away. Would not hesitate to recommend and will definitely be our first port of call in the future.

Fantastic service! Got in touch with Paul about a slow leak that had appeared on some pipework under our stairs. He responded quickly and said he could come out and take a look the next day. Once here he quickly diagnosed the problem and set about fixing it. All work was carried out professionally and he left the area tidier than he found it. Wouldn't hesitate to use Paul again and would happily recommend him.
