Lee produced a very detailed survey with photos to back up his written report. The photos were particularly useful for areas I could not reach to see for myself. He followed up the survey with a call to answer any questions I had. I have used his services twice now and will again should I need another survey in the future. Thank you Lee.

Lee is a consumate and conscientious professional who advised us on the right type of survey for the property we are looking to buy, and as we are first time buyers, he explained beforehand how the report would read and what to expect.His report was thorough and easy to follow. Lee then did a follow up call with us to explain in further detail certain aspects of the report and answer any additional questions we had, especially regarding the process for assigning a score of 3 (requires urgent attention) to certain parts of the property which really put our minds at ease.I can highly recommend Kendalls Chartered Surveyors.

A very efficient service. Lee did the survey within a week of the initial approach although I suspect that the lead time depends on demand. Similarly his report was sent less than a week later. The report was in great detail and had some useful supporting photos. Really appreciated the phone contact after the report to discuss the contents of the report. A great service. We'll recommended.
