Would not recommend using this taxi firm. Unfriendly staff and very bad experience with one of the drivers who was agressive to me and I am a disabled pensioner.

Just wanted to say thank you to for trying to help me out as I had my grandson bike and bus driver wouldn't let me on with his bike mind you I came down on same bus to go to kids park at Colin area just wanted to say you guys go above and beyond to help your customers and to the driver That tried to get my grandson bike in his boot thank you to Gary for trying his best to get me sorted out to get home really appreciate it you guys are the best on the road

Booked a taxi never showed, desk man questioned me even booking then asked do I still want one, seeing as I rang to see where it was yes!. Also taxi men give other road users road rage as part of job. Can someone explain to them some buses turn right from police station bus stop to Blacks road as they beeping and fist shaking thinking they are signalling wrong. Bus wasnt even forcing just waiting. Very uncomfortable. It is like they do not want the business.
