Brought in my wedding dress and absolutely lovely shop and staff. They were so welcoming, friendly and attentive to my every need. Lovely family business that I would thoroughly recommend and definitely use again myself!

Took my daughters brand new velvet dress in for alteration but it emerged covered in iron marks. The business flatly denied responsibility and have left her with an expensive ruined dress just ahead of party season. Awful customer service. Avoid!

Horrible service from a horrible couple. Clothing wasn’t ready as agreed. Had to wait 2 hours only to realise job was badly done and rushed through. No sense of detail of clothing whatsoever and ended up arguing with me. They should have said they couldn’t do job but tried to bodge it anyway. I will never recommend anyone here ever! Over charged £40 for doing nothing - job I could have done myself. Very angry customer here. They shouldn’t be in business.

WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND, I NEEDED MY TROUSERS SHORTENED FOR A INTERVIEW WHICH WAS IN 2 DAYS, I POPPED IN AT AROUND MIDDAY AND THEY SAID MY TROUSERS WOULD BE READY BY THE EVENING, TO MY SUPRISE I GOT A PHONE CALL FROM THEM 1 HOUR LATER SAYING ITS READY FOR CELLECTION, AMAZING SERVICE, AMAZING, FREINDLY AND KIND PEOPLE RUNNING THE BUSINESS. 10/10 SERVICE

I strongly advise against using this tailor under any circumstances. They completely destroyed a dress by steaming the bottom half, resulting in irreparable damage to the material. It's one thing to make a mistake, what's worse is that they refused to offer any compensation for something that was their fault. This tailor is completely irresponsible and unprofessional, and it is clear that they have no regard for the satisfaction of their customers. Do not waste your time or money on this shoddy and dishonest business.

A&A saw me first thing in the morning and had my suit ready a week later. They did a fantastic job and tailored the suit exactly how I wanted it. I had both trousers & Jacket done and it was very reasonably priced! I’d definitely recommend them and would use them again for any tailoring needs.

Asked them to stitch a cross stitch design into a cushion cover, a straight forward job. Hack-job. The corners don’t match, borders uneven, no care or attention to detail. Was told it would be two weeks, took 4 weeks and could tell on the phone they were rushing to finish the last bits. Wouldn’t recommend it if you need them to take care over something.
