Arrived at about 21:15 and the place was deserted!. So we were prompt seated, food was ordered in a flash and arrived at the table shortly after. Food was fantastic and had a really pleasant evening.

I have been eating regularly at the Wagamama chain since 1997, that's longer than the average age of the servers. The USP is being diluted by an attempt to appeal to the Thai, Vietnamese and Chinese food markets and the results are disappointing. Do what you do best and don't bother trying to capture the whole market. The Pad Thai I ate tonight, for the last time, bears little relation to Thai flavours and I have made better at home. This recipe is a pastiche of Asian stir fry and needs a serious review, otherwise please don't call it Pad Thai. Too many items were off the menu and the server didn't have enough experience to know how to handle a mild complaint. Wagamama, with results like this, you are headed into the history books.

Always love this restaurant. You don't linger there, it's fast service etc but mouthwatering oriental dishes. Love the soup noodle ramen dishes. Love that I can have limitless green tea at no cost too!!

Came in a few weeks ago with my folks and we waited ages. It was not even half full. Have come in this evening on my own for a quick bite and I an hour later have not got any food. Asked a waiter where my food was. She forgot to put it through!!! For crying out loud chaps. Wake up

This was are first lunch date plus the first time eating inside since covid.Cheltenham branch was not too busy which was nice. The staff was fantastic they did a really good job in looking after us, as Emily has allergies. We ordered a beer and a soft drink and had our food. Was very fresh and so tasty. As you can see from the photos they did a good job. If you have not been before you really should as it's a great experience here.

Great food, a good atmosphere, and good customer service. Don't sit close to the kitchen as cooking fumes might be sometimes a bit too overwhelming for you. Free green tea is far from green tea. Waiters seem to be a bit lost and kind of forgot about you, even equipped with tablets. Overall good experience but...

Hmm well the food is pretty tasty but truth be told it’s terrible value for money; for £25 you get a small bowl of noodles, some fried squid and kimchi and pickle. Curiously they don’t include chopsticks, guess they must be saving on the variable costs. Hmm Cheltenham needs more competition for the consumer. That said it must be difficult to cover costs these days. Perhaps the restaurant model has seen it’s day.

i love wagamama ^^ and i have gone here several times. amazing vegan options, same with portion sizes. always really yummy, though often they have a small thing not available, such as the vegan ‘egg’ or the ramen specific noodles etc. staff are really friendly and always helpful.atmosphere can be overstimulating but if you pick a spot next to the window you’re good :)

Came on a visit down to family. We had a few different bits and pieces, highlight for me was the chicken hotpot. Stellar. My (pregnant) wife had ramen and just loved the broth so much as she hasn't been eating much due to nausea, we asked for a bowl of just that and they were more than happy to oblige. Service was excellent
