Used these guys today, had a small (big to me) issue with my machinery. Andrew and the friendly/ helpful team of workers fixed the problem in no time at all and gave me advice and sent me off able to complete the job I was on!

I bought a 22t petrol engined log splitter from CFM , made by Rock Engineering Ltd. The splitter is excellent and the service from CFM first rate.I was kept informed about availability of the machine and it was ready for me to collect within days of ordering it. I belatedly discovered a hefty hydraulic oil leak from a coupling the first time I used it (my fault, I should have checked all connections shortly after starting it up). CFM's sles head, Andrew, gave me 10 litres of fluid to replace that which was lost - first class customer service!
