Went for a look around in there, as soon as I wanted to speak to the fellas behind the counter he instantly looked at me like I was a shoplifter or I had offended him! I assumed this was because I wasn't a local or a regular but either way didn't make me feel like parting with money. I then enquired about a power tool that wasn't priced up, he went off to serve two, possible three more people before he noticed me leaving and shouted out the price to me. Regardless of my opinions on the shop or staff, it wasn't even close to being cheap or even a reasonable price, £45 more expensive than anywhere else I found it and in some cases I could have bought the next model up for the same price as the guy in the shop shouted at me from 15feet away.

Very busy. But after my call in the morning the member of staff i spoke to knew who i was and was very knowledgable and helpful. I got a very good price for what i wanted. I would recommend them to anyone.
