The best service around!After finding out I was pregnant and wanted to be married before baby came I visited several bridal shops to try and find a dress suitable for what would be a 35 week bump. I started looking when I was around 12 weeks so I didn't have any bump so it was very hard. Every shop I visited were quite unhelpful for my circumstance and basically told me I had very few choices. Until I visited Tiffany Jordan, they went above and beyond to help me. I had almost given up and was going to buy a cheap unflattering non wedding dress just because I had given up. Denise was amazing, I chose some dresses I liked and she recommended how they could be altered to fit my bump. I settled on a dress and waited for it to arrive. Once it arrived and I went for my fitting, I had a much bigger bump and I hated what I looked like, I never said anything but Denise could tell something was wrong and I burst into tears she told me not to worry and quickly chose a different dress that she thought I may like and got me into it. Well it was perfect, it complimented my growing bump beautifully and I was so happy, it looked so much better than the first dress. She gave me extra fittings and went out of her way to make sure it still fitted for the day.A year later and I still look back at how beautiful I looked and I will never forget how helpful the team at Tiffany Jordan were. I cannot thank the girls at Tiffany Jordan Bridal enough. They were so helpful from start to finish. I found a dress online that I loved, they helped to locate the sample and ship it to store for me to try. They kept in touch throughout the pandemic when our wedding was cancelled twice. Would highly recommend!

I bought my dress from Tiffany Jordan and was so pleased with the service. Denise was so helpful on my first appointment and helped me find the perfect dress. Tiffany Jordan was the only shop I went in and I would recommend it to anyone. Tiffany was so lovely and helpful when I had my alterations and she made sure I was fully happy with it before the big day. I got so many compliments on my dress!

What an amazing experience,The girls are so kind and can’t do enough for you. They are so supportive and will do everything in their power to find you the perfect dress, for me I not only found the perfect dress I was so lucky to find such a beautiful flower girl dress as well. I didn’t buy my dress from Tiffany Jordan but came here for alterations.At my second dress fitting I mentioned to the lady that was carrying out the appointment that I thought the straps felt too tight. She told me that wasn’t the case and they were fine how they were, so I agreed to leave them and trust the professional.Unfortunately I shouldn’t have, as one of the straps completely snapped off in the middle of our wedding ceremony in front of all of our guests during the first kiss!I understand nothing is ever perfect but I raised this issue by email to Tiffany Jordan after my wedding, and was told that customer services would be in touch within 30 days… That was back in July and it is now December!Absolutely shocking service from this company and wouldn’t recommend to anybody after being completely ignored by them.

When I found out the wedding dress I had put on my Pinterest board before I was engaged was only available in Europe I was crushed. The dress was the Berrie by Randy Fenoli. I drove hours and tried on similar dresses even other dresses by Randy but nothing could compare. So I began reaching out via Instagram to shops in the UK to see if there was a possibility of having it shipped to me. Tiffany Jordan was the only shop to answer my emails, but she made the transaction smooth and after speaking to her on the phone I knew I was in good hands. We messaged a lot during that time and I felt like I made a friend. I would love to go visit some day!

Tiffany Jordan has such a great collection and it was not hard for me to fall in love with what ended up being my wedding dress. Having purchased my dress before the pandemic, and having to delay my wedding multiple times, the lovely ladies at Tiffany Jordan have been so supportive and helpful throughout the whole time. Every appointment I had there was a great experience and I am so happy that I got my dress from Tiffany Jordan. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for anything bridal!

I cannot recommend Tiffany Jordan enough. I came into the shop with 6 weeks to go until my wedding after completely falling out of love with my original dress. Tiffany firstly calmed me down and reassured me, she really listened to my requirements and then pulled a dress out for me to try. It was utterly perfect and the whole process after that was amazing. All the team went above and beyond and (even though they do this everyday) it really felt like they were truly excited for our wedding and happy for us.Thank you, thank you!!

The team at Tiffany Jordan were amazing! From day 1 of stepping in the store I had the perfect experience. From helping me figure what style dress I want, their patience with the number of dresses I tried on, and the organising of fittings/alterations in line with my short deadline of a few months, the experience was second to none.100% would recommend a friend!Also, the aftercare of checking in after the wedding and the wedding dress cleaning service just topped off the this experience.Thank you again girls!
