Free to visit.. so why not on a summers day. Interesting to see what was there so long ago along with some plaques to describe the layout and add some colour to the history. Worth popping to the Parlour next door afterwards.

Impressive Benedictine founded 1091 & took 150 years to build! Free entry, beautifully maintained and open within resonance daylight hours! Next door is Binham priory cafe & little dairy shop selling raw milk & local cheeses! Parking available which is free, not a massive car park but aways manage to get a spot! Highly recommended

This is a English heritage site with free entry. There is a carpark but this can get busy. It is a lovely place to explore, the church is still being used but a lot of the priory was dismantled after King Henry VIII suppressed the monasteries in 1539. The ruins are lovely to walk around with information boards and signs to give you an insight of what it would have looked like. The Parlour in a converted barn sells drinks and meals, all very nice. Had a lovely slice of Gluten free Victoria sponge and pot of tea. Staff were all welcoming and gave excellent service. You can also buy milk from the farm and local cheeses and other products.

Binham Priory - set in the most beautiful scenery is certainly impressive now, so what must have it been like in all its glory back in the 13th century when its magnificent west front was completed. The remaining church and ruins are stunning with plenty of information boards to help you navigate the history of the building and priory. It is worth giving this building plenty of time, there is a lot to take in, but also allow yourself some time just to sit and enjoy the quiet splendour of the surroundings. It is also worth checking out the Binham Priory website and read their comprehensive historical notes and building plans to help you understand the building’s turbulent history. There is an excellent cafe next door that it worth a visit after. There is plenty of parking and entry is free - although you can do donations online to help maintain this amazing building.

Beautiful location, very tranquil. Easy parking on site. Well worth dropping in, we spent about an hour there on a beautiful day looking around the ruins and church in late September.
