Purchased a snake from them around 1,5 year ago and she came out as healthy, very mischievous danger noodle for a royal python! We love her so much.I you have ANY questions about exotic animals, feeding, housing and enrichment, feel free to ask. Staff is super friendly and well educated about animas and their welfare :)Other than that: fair prices, good stock, availability 7 days a week :)

Brilliant customer service. Explained everything I needed to know showed me nearly every snake in shop letting me and my daughter hold them.Definitely recommend and we had a 100+ mile round trip.

Staff are fantastic and are very knowledgeable about the animals. They have a great range of foods, flora, decorative items and environments for a wide variety of creatures. Brilliant staff and displays - highly recommend.

Amazing place, loads of different varieties of all snakes, frogs, lizards, absolutely fantastic shop, the guy we spoke with had all the time in the world for us, even though we told him we wouldn't be buying anything on that visit, he still made time for us and explained everything we would need should we purchase something in the future! Will definitely be visiting again, hopefully will leave with a new pet

The staff were super helpful and were very knowledgeable about the animals they keep there. The animals all seemed clean, fed and well kept.We left with three happy rats and with more knowledge that what we arrived with, thank you!
