Hadn't used storage before so had to rely on the team - and they were great. Started off in Charles St with great help from Fiona and Sean but due to geography had to settle down In Lawmoor St and again the team were great.Really good experience of your company , which was totally down to the people. Will use again and recommend

Affordable storage, with a wide range of add ons to support including boxes and tape (did not use). Great introductory offers to get started for quick house moves, with longer options at affordable prices as the lease progresses. Flexible exit with 14 day notice period. Storage areas were immaculate and always being refurbished. Trolleys and pallet trucks always available in the loading bay to support, and all units well protected from intruders. Great service too from onsite staff. Would absolutely use again.

Made use of Safestore in recent years, was very impressed with Service and decided to use again as previous person who dealt with booking extremely helpful. Last booking, we obviously 'knocked it off' in terms of allocation of unit - ground floor near loading/unloading bay. On this occasion, unfortunately, allocated first floor, no problem for removal guys, however, for personal access to unit thereafter, difficulties arose in use of lift - unable to close door - had to use stairs. (Also, leaking roof near unit). It may be prudent to consider customer 'need' in terms of unit allocation.
