The worst chemist ever always have to wait never do wot they SAY they going to , avoid like the plague , asked for my medicine to be delivered to other address , cheaked and double cheaked this could b dne was told yes , but never arrived was taken to old address instead and when spoke to receptionist was told they couldn't do it , wriggling out of the fact they are in wrong , many other times have picked up on wrong day to , definitely not a one off , come on lloyds chemist its not rocket science , this is not how to keep customers happy absolutely dreadful .

This pharmacy use to be good.not so much lately,called them loads of times to check if my meds are ready,but no one ever answer.last time I've been to them,it took me almost an hour to wait for my prescription:(I hope them make some improvement to the service.

My favorite pharmacy in Blackpool, precisely in Talbot Road opposite makelly pub, that's where i get my ibuprofen it's very well set up with a good design and a selection and some aides for the elderly. Never a wait or queue fast service always and a friendly staff. There is plenty space and a chair is provided for the frail and easy excess for the disabled assisted with an automatic door. I get my prescriptions sent from the doctor to this pharmacy and its ready to collect on the same day.

I was racially abused by a member of staff working at well pharmacy Dixon Road this member of staff was of Asian appearance I called the police he was eventually arrested on site at their well pharmacy Dickson Road adjoining the doctors uncarted off to the police station he called me a white Bas.d.Amongst other things miraculously when I asked for the CCTV to be produced for Sound and Vision.it wasn't working. Then to my horror I was told the person had a criminal record and should never have been working there due to .vetting procedure. I'm still awaiting an official apology from well pharmacies.
