This ordeal began with the engineer disregarding the error message displayed on my Samsung washing machine. Prior to calling this company in for the repair, this error refers to a faulty board that would most likely need replacing. We advise the person we booked the visit and the engineer upon arrival.During the first visit, the engineer insisted that there was a faulty door lock. He took the part away. After two days, I followed up to find out if they had the part and only then did they tell me they needed the washer model for them to identify the part. I offered them to return immediately to look at the washer and get all the information needed.It took them another 2 days to order the part. When they finally sent another engineer after a week after the original engineer came over, he diagnosed the problem as the board – which we had told them in the first place!It took another week or more to finally get the part over, which they claimed was faulty so they had to order a replacement. Most frustrating was the need to call almost twice daily to get an update even though they promised to call me. Whenever I tried following up, they always blamed it on the parts department not updating them! It seemed like the customer service team pretending to care while it was evident that no one in the “so called” parts department really cared about the situation.When pressed, they could not even give tracking information that most couriers make available online nowadays. Did they really order the parts when they claimed they did?I suggest you use this company if you want to take a gamble at being upset. Maybe they are good for some, but my experience was sorely disappointing.I would encourage you to find someone who can fix your washing machine in just under 3 weeks because that is how long took for me to get satisfaction.
