Helpful chaps and a lovely hot chocolate

Order came on time, ordered on Sunday, arrived on Tuesday. Main item I ordered seems to be new, not like on amazon, where sellers send out used and damaged items, and wasting my time. Like today, I ordered three inspection mirrors and one was damaged.I'm well impressed with the products I ordered on Protrade and I timed it on the discount, where ToughBuilt xxl only cost me 120 quid whilst on screwfix its £170 and out of stock.My experience is that I got much better service and product on Protrade and a couple of other little known online shops then elsewhere.I'm very glad over my purchase, and I got on Klarna pay, so I broke 240 quid purchase down on three 80 quid payments. I'm very happy.

Ordered twice now from Protrade. Dealt with Alan. I screwed up on my second order but it was rectified immediately. Good price, great delivery time, excellent service. Will use again when the need arises. Better than it says on the tin. Keep up the great work guys

Popped into the Nottingham branch today for a new Milwaukee sis drill and was pleasantly surprised by the amount and huge choice of Milwaukee tools and consumables available off the shelf, ready to go. I picked up the drill and they even registered it for me for the warranty. I happened to have my old sds drill on the van so have gave it them to fault find and repair. The staff member was very knowledgable and more than happy to help and answer my questions. I will be using them in future for all my Milwaukee needs, cheers!
