The Fruit Shack at St Peter's
Paid £11.50 for a lemon, punnet of strawberries, 1 mango some cherry tomatoes and some blueberries. On closer inspection when I got home all of the blueberries were over ripe, some mouldy, the mango was way past edible, literally mush. Can’t get a replacement or my money back because I didn’t get a receipt. This isn’t the first time I’ve brought fruit like this from here. Veg is always great but can’t afford to buy things to throw straight in the bin :(

The Fruit Shack at St Peter's
The fruit shack sits alongside the entrance to the St. Peter's Garden Centre. A separate business (we believe), the owners have done a great job of building a niche business. Good for your everyday fruit and veg, but also for the exotic and unusual. Worth a visit. We now get most of our fresh fruit and veg here, rather than at the supermarket - especially during the problems with the Covid virus.

The Fruit Shack at St Peter's
Just got a bag of lovely looking and tasting cherries - first of the year! Expensive but well worth it. All the produce looked good even at the time I was there (16.30) after being on display for quite a while in some cases. Might go back for seconds - get some of the small sweet strawberries as well!

Such a variety of vegetables - very high quality and good quality fruit. The prices are good too.
