Tom came to our Taylor Wimpey new build the same week we moved in to complete a snagging survey for us. He was very thorough in his work and identified over 200 snags, some of which myself and my partner never would have thought to check!Before we moved into our new home, we had the opportunity to visit and have a look around, we noticed two issues that we were really worried about. Tom went above and beyond and offered us advice and support on these issues, before we had officially booked him!We can't thank Tom enough for his kind, professional and thorough snagging survey. Tom was very polite, friendly and professional. He was explaining to us how some snags might have happened during the building process, which was useful to know.Tom took his time to make sure he didn't miss anything, and managed to find things we would never have thought to check ourselves.The follow up report was very detailed with photographs and description, with green tape being placed around the house where the snags appear. The tradesmen who have been to sort out the snags have all praised the green tape so far and said it makes their job a lot easier.Highly recommended using this company for your snag lists, and highly recommend Tom!
