Charlie is knowledgeable and thorough throughout explaining all aspects and rationale behind each element adjusted. Personally I noticed a significant change in overall ride comfort which was exactly what I was after. The fit studio was functional and adequate for my fit. All round I would recommend Charlie for bike fits.

My power numbers are up 10-15 watts after my bike fit with Charlie!I've been cycling for five years and have kept putting of a bike fit. When I got round to arranging one I shopped around, looked at reviews and settled on Charlie at The Bike Fit Physio. It was a long drive from my house but definitely worth it.I wanted to make sure the bike fit was a good balance of comfort, but also performance and Charlie took time to understand and assess my needs at the start. The fit itself was very thorough, following the Retul methodology but taking into account personal nuances rather than rigidly sticking to it.I'm delighted with the results; my small niggly pains have gone, I feel very comfortable on the bike now and (most importantly!) my power is up 10-15 watts!

Charlie was very straightforward, made the whole session simple and as result I have a improved experience on the bike. Really pleased that he used both practical experience and tech to do carry out the fit.
