Ordered food in advance and selected it to be delivered at 19.40 as family were not arriving until half 7. Food was delivered at 6. So obviously cold by the time we could eat it. When I rang to question why they had delivered it so early, they hung up in me. Food had no flavour

Steer well clear of this place..Do not eat anything from here…. I wouldn’t even risk a prawn crackerFood is very greasy, bland and probably the first time ever that I have pushed a plate of Chinese food away from me in disgust, I feel horrible after eating some of this food, £25 wasted and the whole lot went in the binI wouldn’t be surprised if this place got closed down soon for hygiene issues

The girl on the phone couldn’t be bothered to ask if they can make a tofo/bean curd curry. So they lost on a £35 order. I went to another takeaway that didn’t have it on the menu and they were happy to make it as they already had tofu dishes.

Just ordered chicken curry egg fried rice house chow mein was absolutely disgusting the chow mein had something in it that looks like a clear sea weed texture am taking all what I have left and I mean all cos hardly touched it to the department that deals with hygiene ratings . What I ordered and received was diobolical the place needs closing down or burning down!!! Will never go there again hope you get closed down you nasty slovenly people

Just had a Chinese from here, never again! Sweet & sour chicken Hong Kong style, hardly no chicken in the batter and some with no chicken at all and the sauce was really fruity, chow mein was like rubber! Really didn't want to give one star but it wouldn't let me post otherwise

Poor quality food, everything I bought was inedible!Such a disappointment spending money on a meal that I’ve had to throw away.There’s 100 places in Ipswich with better food than this place, AVOID!

We always use this takeaway as the food is always really good and never had a problem, this evening my daughter ordered the usual and had a really bad experience, luke warm food and soggy prawn toast, like it had been sitting there for a while, phoned the restaurant and was offered a free dish next time ,oh or take the food back which we had put in the bin, given the price of petrol too not good, won't bother with them again unfortunately, very disappointed as a regular customer.

Food is really good, just a little overpriced. Still, it's far superior to other takeaways in the vicinity.
