I've shopped at this store a few times now. Only shopped at quieter times but I've found the service to be really excellent. I'll continue to shop here and get great service and the value for money you expect from such a large successful brand. Keep it up guys!

For me, not the greatest of sports shops compared to bigger named ones. Very little choice in trainers especially, and what is there, looks like stock that couldn't be sold by other suppliers. You advertise trainers from 6 to 11 yet whenever I've asked for a 6, the smallest they have is an 8, so again not good, and refers back to my previous comment suggesting it may me end of line stock not sold by bigger named stores. Staff not overly great either, not helpful, very little product knowledge, which is very important when selling.. Lastly, its almost as if its a chore to help when asked something.So for me, if you want something modern, good quality and not looking sad, don't visit or buy from here.

Warning. !!!They do not give refunds. You have to exchange for something else or have credit note. Which means they have your money. So you have to buy something else even if you do not want to. Be wary what you buy. Make sure it is 100% correct

Bought £ 120 shoes, came back after couple of hours to return them as they were really hurting my feet and instead of refund they gave me credit note. Even after insisting they didn't and lied to me that they only do credit note. Checked online full refund was possible. Absolute disappointment.

I bought a pair of 12+ socks. My foot size is 12 1/4 inch, so in my estimation that is 12+. I took them home, tried one, and there is no way there were 12+. More like 11+ at the most. They did not fit.. Took them back, was told that they were non-returnable because they are socks". I pointed out the trade descrtion error in sizing

Popped in to see if any Adidas joggers and tshirts. Yep, it did and also on offer. Excellent, left a happy customer

Items priced at £6 on labels, scanned at £6.50. Manager refusing to charge at advertised price! Says no obligation to match human error!

One very helpful member of staff and one member of staff was more interested in looking at men's underwear selection and checking sizes of trainers (I assume for himself!), rather than helping customers.First time visiting and it was very bitter sweet experience.

Shop seems to be totally understaffed, had to pretty much cause a scene to get there attention.Feel sorry for the poor guy on his own trying to deal with everyone when it's busy and me kicking off just so I can get some shoes for my son to try on but that's there problem.Then qued for ages due to the same staff issues, a real shame.

Asked staff member 3 times for help nice they employee people with hearing problems or he was ignorant I'm still trying to work out which bur I think we all know ...
