Highly recommend. This time we chose a new mattress. Assistant Lisa was so patient with us as we took ages to decide. Once chosen, our mattress was delivered promptly by arrangement. Alex and Andy carried it upstairs for us and took away the old one. Cheerful and efficient, with not a mark left behind, as has been the case with previous deliveries from other companies. Very much appreciated guys.Photo of our lovely new mattress in-situ, on the bed frame we purchased from Cookes about 20 years ago :-)

Fantastic and efficient service. Ordered the Ruby swivel chair, after seeing one at my friends house and comfortably sitting in it for hours.The colour is beautiful and the quality is excellent.Thank you to Aaron and John who were really helpful and friendly when they delivered it.I would definitely buy from Cookes again.

We hadn't heard of Cookes Furniture before and we stumbled upon the website looking for grey leather chairs. We visited the showroom which is an incredible place. They demo so many well made pieces you really got to explore the exact furniture you wanted. The staff were brilliant - couldn't be more helpful and more importantly gave us space to make up our own mind. Our chairs arrived this morning in exactly the time window as estimated... And they are perfect.Alex and Ade were friendly and professional. Removed all the packaging.Such an excellent team.I'd definitely recommend Cookes.

The staff are very helpful, great communication and the delivery guys were very helpful. Thank you to everyone at Cookes an outstanding service and I now have a quality sofa and table. In fact the whole show room is full of unique and quality furniture. Not run of the mill, I highly recommend Cookes and would happily be a return customer.

John and Aaron were great. They were very careful when they delivered our furniture and assembly was swift. Beautiful dining table and chairs. Very pleased with Cookes. Kept us informed regularly on delivery times. Have used for many years.

We were very impressed with the furniture on display at Cooke’s and managed to get everything we wanted for our new conservatory. Delivery was quicker than expected which suited us. Communication regarding delivery was very good. Andy and Alick were very professional and assembled what needed assembly and took away all rubbish. Very pleased with our purchases.

Absolutely love our new purchase. Totally finishes off our new kitchen. Thank you very much Cookes. My husband introduced me to your showroom over the Bank Holiday and I was really impressed with the quality variety and vast range to fit all tastes and budget. David our salesman was so patient helpful wasn't pushy and I even enjoyed a lovely Earl Grey and cake in your restaurant. A week later delivered and totally constructed no rubbish left .. thank you John & James.

Highly delighted with the service from Cookes delivery of our new sofa.Aaron and John were fantastic and very helpful, seamless removal of our old, very heavy sofa bed, and installing of our new sofa, they tidied up, helped put our other furniture back and took every bit of packaging away. They were very friendly and helpful and even took their boots off before coming in!!They are a credit to you COOKES!
