The lift was out of action which meant my wife couldn't get upstairs to see a large specific item. I don't know what their pilferage rate is because staff can be a rare breed.

I used to come here frequently for all my art supplies. The area was dedicated to the whole top floor and had everything you needed and more. However, they have since moved the shop around and all the art supplies have been reduced immensely to only 3 half-aisles. The isles that do contain art supplies are quite bare in comparison to the other departments.It's really such a shame. I now have to either shop around online or travel further away for the art supplies I need.
