For best results, I suggest you eat before going to this restaurant. The photos attached are of a steak and chips (£25) and what used to be a proper salad, and now it’s obviously suffered from an identity crisis and identifies as such, whilst looking like three pieces of celery.

The waitress who took our order was fantastic. However, the waitress servings us was less so.Our drinks didn't arrive and we had to ask again for them, when our food arrived I asked for some vinegar for the chips, the waitress came back after 5 minutes and said they don't have any.No one else approached us to see how our meal was until they came to clear the table.

Great staff, very attentive and very hospitable. Easy accessibility to restaurant with multiple doors. Didn't have to wait long for the food or drinks. Personally my rating is 3½ stars, the food (main courses) was a little on the bland side but the starter's was quite flavourful.

TGI Fridays - Milton Keynes Theatre
We visited TGI fridays knowing it would be a good option for the kids, although it had been a while since any of us had actually visited any TGI fridays. Memories are mostly of it being loud, and big cocktails! This TGI was no different in terms of volume, and whilst they still do cocktails, they didn't seem to be as good as I remember...In terms of food there is loads of options on the menu, kids got given a little activity pack to keep them busy as well (as they picked what they wanted within minutes). Food quality was OK. Service from the waitress was excellent, especially considering how busy it was. Unfortunatly we didn't get the opportunity to embarrass one of our group by informing them it was their birthday, but if you do then the whole restaurant gets informed!I would recommend coming here if you have small kids and like things like burgers, ribs etc. Do try the milkshakes as they are quite nice, but be prepared for the cost as its not cheap!!

TGI Fridays - Milton Keynes Theatre
We went to TGI Fridays yesterday 07/07/23 and unfortunately it was subpar. We came in and got seated in the corner by the entrance to the kitchen and then it only got worse. When we ordered out food one of which was a steak (specifically requesting it very well done) we waited for drinks which were ok and then starters came out in a quite quick fashion. Nachos were very poorly done, cold and presentation was poor my partner ordered corndogs with a very plain cheese sauce it really wasn’t good. When our food come out after at least over an hour after the starters. My steak was still very red like shown in the pictures below. This was unacceptable and why I requested a be one I got told that a new steak would be at least 1 hour. My partner did not get her chips either after having to ask 2 separate waiters twice. She finally got them after another half hour after which point everyone’s already finished their meals.I hope TGIs rectify their mistakes as I will not be coming back due to these issues above. I hope someone for TGIs reads this and I expect some sort of outcome or rectification of the situation especially since I paid over £200 pounds to this establishment. Look forward to hearing from TGIs.

TGI's has really gone downhill since our first visit a couple of years ago. I have no complaint with the food as that has always been consistent, albeit a tad overpriced. My issue is the service that you recieve, it is really bad. For this visit we were left a the greeters podium for 5mims before our presence was acknowledged, then when we were shown to our table one of our seats was still covered with food from the previous customers, which we had to ask to get cleaned. When looking around the restaurant there were numerous tables that were still full of dirty plates from customers that had long gone, which does not make for a pleasurable dining experience. I also asked for another drink which we did not recieve. In summary I will not be rushing back!!

Is this a scam??The food is expensive for what it is and you can't check the prices on their website beforehand. The wait staff seem stressed so many they should offer better pay to encourage more people to apply. The menu was wrong as it said things comes with a choice of sides" and the choice was just chips which

TGI Fridays - Milton Keynes Theatre
Overall this was better than expected to be honest. Ultimately it’s a TGIs, though a good one based on my experience.The ribs were great (for a UK-style baby back situation), coleslaw was nice, sauce was good (though would have been better thicker), fries were standard but decent.Prices are steep but the quality is just about there so it’s not terrible value. Deserts were good.Place is a bit cramped in the corner and whilst the server was great, the food took on the longer side to arrive.Overall it gets a recommend from me for a family outing etc. - it’ll have something for everyone and is pretty chill.

TGI Fridays - Milton Keynes Theatre
Food was delivered promptly, and the JD chicken was great as always. We were forced to get standard fries, since sweet potato fries have been removed as an option. Which is crazy in itself! But the standard fries were cold, undercooked and flavourless, even after reheating. Made what was supposed to be a lovely treat into a disappointment.
