I have a beautiful Longines watch gifted to me by my wife. Unfortunately I managed to scratch the case quite deeply under a desk and I was most distressed by this! However this establishment promptly took a look at my watch and gave me a good price for the repair. Within 3 days, I got the watch back, the scratch was gone, and it looked as good as new! Thanks for your great service !

Although my family and I live in London we go exclusively to James Stephens Jewellers for all our jewellery repairs and purchases! We have had pendants and rings made out of our old jewellery with them, as well as difficult repairs (even undoing mistakes other repair shops had made!) Even when we want something very particular made they are so patient with our requests and the outcome is always better than we could've even hoped. The jewellery they make and sell is so beautiful and so well cleaned and cared for. I feel I can always trust them with repairing precious items and family heirlooms

I have been meaning to post this review for 2-3 weeks now, and the fact that I am still keen to do so should give you an idea of how impressed I was/am! James Stephens Jewellers took my 50-year old Wedding Ring up a couple of sizes - a small job by their standards, but a job with huge sentimental value to me - and both the quality of work, and their service, were exceptional. Too many businesses these days “talk” Customer Service, so it’s a pleasure to deal with a business that actually practices Customer Service. I cannot recommend James Stephens Jewellers highly enough! We purchased our wedding bands from James Stephens, other high street stores told us that they wouldn't be able to get the rings for us in time for our wedding as we had under 2 months to go, but it was no problem for James Stephens. We popped in several times to try on different rings and the customer service was always brilliant. They never rushed us or tried to hard sell us. I needed my ring to be resized and polished and they were even able to do it on the same day! Their prices were very reasonable compared to other jewellers we visited as well. Great customer service, would highly recommend!

After having trouble getting my engagement ring resized and putting a new diamond in the band I went to James stephens jewellers and they did an amazing job. I am so pleased with the result and how quickly then done it! Very good price too. Thank you so much!

Had the clasp re-brushed on my lovely Oris watch,Have to say it's not the first time I have had watches polished and cleaned with James Stephens, but this time my very precious Oris was left to me by my late best friend,The Ladies that served me were a delight and understand how much this means to me, the level of service is second to none, it took just a few days and has been done to the highest quality,I would have happily paid three times as much, it cost £15 , yes £15!Absolutely brilliant, 1st class serviceHighly recommended!!

Dropped my engagement ring off on a Friday to be resized and was ready by the Wednesday, all done in house and cleaned for me too! Such a reasonable price too. Highly recommend and will definitely use again.

Following a terrible experience with F.HIND aim Crawley who kept my watch for 6 weeks and quoted £1,250 to change a Rolex clasp and switch my bezel (using my own bezel)Took my Rolex #16700 to James Stephens in Crawley. Richard hey repaired the clasp and switched the clasp in 45 minutes for £30. They also steam cleaned the watch!Outstanding honest professional customer service provided by James and Asher.I have left them with a platinum wedding ring to polish.
