Carpet of poor quality for stairs and landing, flattened and compressed within a couple of months. There recommended fitter also didn’t tidy up after himself, had to go round and bag up off cuts.Update - After reading the review, the store contacted me to arrange an inspection of the carpet. They agreed the carpet shouldn’t be like this after a year. They let us choose another recommended carpet that was fitted all free of charge. Excellent customer service and willingness to make good the situation.

Such polite staff when buying the carpet directed me in the right direction for size and price range. Service was quick. I had Dave carpet fit today and what a friendly bubbly man so polite was a pleasure had such a laugh felt like I'd known him for years. Fitted the carpet to perfection and omg the silicone is brilliant as there is a skill whe using that I've tried myself and disaster lol.

Thanks again to the Carpet warehouse kings Langley for supplying me with this carpet for an attic office conversion. Great quality and helpful service as always, why go anywhere else.

All my carpets for over 20 years have come from Carpet Warehouse. The Salesman, Michael, doesn't pounce on you the minute you walk in the door. He listens to what you're looking for and always manages to find it for you. He has only ever been helpful, polite and courteous.I've no hesitation getting my carpets from Carpet Warehouse, prices are realistic and various quality of carpets, vinyl etc. are available.

I have absolutely no hesitation recommending Carpet Warehouse. We walked in after a very bad experience with Carpet Right. The CR quote to carpet our home was twice what we expected, really depressing. We popped in and chatted to Michael. He knew the exact carpet by the colour name, and quoted a price considerably lower than CR, even with the luxury underlay. The fitters were professional and quick, their quality of work was perfect. Might sound funny, but the carpet changed our house, we walk around and smile. It would not have been possible without Michael, CW and his team. Next year, we will do the kitchen with them :)

My wife and I went to the showroom and met Michael who explained our options and was most helpful when it came to providing a quote and installation date. The fitters arrived on time with everything they needed and could not have been more helpful. I had moved as much furniture as I could but they did all the heavy work for me, all with a smile and a not a problem" attitude. They finished quickly and cleaned up after themselves. They even moved back the the furniture that they had moved and that I had moved.All in all I cannot fault the service we received and more importantly the price we paid which was considerably less than the other quotes we had received.Thank you gentlemen

A fantastic company to deal with. Michael helped with selecting the carpet (within budget) and making sure the measurements were correct as I did my own measurements.Once paid, Michael was able to book me in within 3 weeks. This was perfect for me as it gave me enough time to finish the painting.Dave, the magic carpet fitter was awesome! Super friendly and easy to talk to. Dave has 25+ years of experience, so you know you are in safe hands.Dave did a brilliant job fitting the carpet on the stairs, landing area, and the small bedroom.Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish, and I would highly recommend the carpet warehouse.

Great service. The team were majorly impacted by lock down 2.0 and although communication was a little slow and i had to follow up a few times, they pulled it out the bag in the end and was sorted out for the major disruption on my end. Thanks so much for pulling through, I now have a brilliant carpet on my stairs, landing and bedroom. Thank you.

Been using this shop for years for our carpets over various houses. Still good range and good prices.
