I bought boots from pavers. It's a good store. But the staff they need training, when a customer walks looking for shoes, boots, slippers etc. They should approach the customer and ask if they need any assistance or any other help.

My partner bought some sandals from here we went to London & she was in agony due to blisters caused by the innersole being shiney. She had to buy extra padding to be able to wear them making them very expensive purchase.Would not recommended this shop.

I have Large man feet so i usually have to order online and collect from here. I tried to purchase some special slippers for my dad that had full adjustment, Pavers didn't have any stock left in the whole area, i needed two pairs. Luckily i spoke to a lady, her knowledge of the manufacturers and who might the other brand be called was amazing, i used the lady's knowledge to find exactly the product my father needed. I am absolutely appreciative of the kind staff here, they are gems. I hope the Pavers company appreciates the great staff, their knowledge and commitment that keep people like myself coming back either online or to store to treat myself to shoes and slippers and always recommend them to friends and family.

Lovely shop and the staff are so helpful and pleasant. A wonderful range of footwear at very reasonable prices plus handbags and hosiery. The shoes are good quality and there's ample seating for trying on.
