Can't recommend Kedleston Heating highly enough Richard and Kath were a pleasure to deal with thoroughly professional and knowledgeable whilst not being at all pushy. We had a log burner fitted in one room and a balanced flue gas fire in another, and are delighted with result. The fitters did a fantastic job and are a credit to the company, they gave us great service and cleaned up thoroughly after completion of the job. Would highly recommend this company

The service provided by the Kedleston Heating team was outstanding, right from quoting through to installation of our new log burner. During installation they went well beyond expectation in re-plastering our wall and cutting our existing mantle to a new size (work we anticipated we may have to do ourselves), all whilst maintaining a fantastic value, and extremely competitive, price. I would highly recommend Kedleston Heating to anyone looking at new heating systems.

From our initial visit to their showroom through to the installation Kedleston were great. They offered expert advice and guided us through stove choices and surround options. Their installation team were professional and completed the install, testing and commissioning on time with as little disruption as was possible. Our new wood burning stove looks great.All in all an excellent service. Highly recommended

Absolutely amazing start to finish, gorgeous showroom, amazing knowledgable staff, nothing too much for them, really friendly and accommodating. Helped us choose the best fit for us and got exactly what we wanted, the installation was quick , efficient and everything was clean and tidy when they left, amazing guys, really felt at ease while they were with us, cannot get over how stunning the fire looks and how cosy it has made our home!! Cannot reccomend enough Deffo the best in the business thanks guys !!

Took the plunge after thinking about having a wood burner for years.From initially phoning Kedleston Heating needing advice regarding our fireplace and hearth to walking into the showroom and finally having it installed they have been nothing but friendly, professional and helpful.The fire itself is a Purevision PV5W and it's absolutely superb with excellent heat output and a modern look.In all fairness there's probably no better place to go in Derby if you're interested in an exceptional quality fire with exceptional service.
