Post Office Travel Money

Extremely blunt and rude. Very unhelpful as well. Would recommend a different post-office if you have the option.

Poor service, I do not recommend it.

Go here usually to post depop spellings, always rude and blunt almost as if they don’t want me to post there anymore so I won’t be, also refused to take my parcel as apparently I was too late, as if the postman won’t be coming the next day..... poor poor service.

I think 1 star is still too generous with service here. I came there to post two letters on hand (already stamped). The lady at the counter called for 3 customers queuing behind me forward and served them first without any words or explanation to me. When she called for the 4th person, I said: It's my turn, I have been waiting here for 15 minutes. She answered that because I post letters so I need to wait, if not I can go to the main Post Office (in the city centre). So rude attitude and bad service. Never come back again, of course.

Really terrible service, quite rude, hope this review makes the owners/workers reflect how they treat customers and that perhaps they should look for a different career if they do not enjoy their job so much. 10/10 walk to town or go to a different shop if possible. If i would have known i would not have bothered coming here.
