Total Autocare

I couldn't have been happier with the service I received from Steve at Total Autocare . I never felt patronised or like they were trying to rip me off and communication was excellent - they made sure to ring me every step of the way to let me know what was happening and how that would affect the price etc. What initially seemed like quite a big and expensive job turned out to require much less work than expected, and they immediately rang me to let me know that it had been dealt with more quickly and cheaply than anticipated. I was really impressed with the quick turnaround, friendly service and top notch communication skills, and will definitely come back in future for any other work as Steve was excellent.

If I where a trader or anyone else alike I would avoid this guy. Gave us a price and once agreed he then tried to charge another 100 on top. We then offered to do prep work for him, again he agreed and when he was due to turn up he changed the goal posts again. After telling him what he thought of him he then turned up to our plscr screaming threats. Not someone I would like to deal with again and felt I should share it.

Steve did the repair job brilliantly, fast and reasonably priced! I am very happy with his service and would definitely come back to him
