Not sure what this place is, but it isn’t somewhere you’d go if you have a medical issue as any help is non existent …100% Impossible to get through, 100% impossible to see a GP.. Worst practice ever.. Just hope that you don’t develop a serious problem if you’re at this practice.. Run for the benefit of the staff rather than the patients… Third world service.. Avoid

Excellent service! Receptionists are friendly they listen and they are proactive. Doctors are knowledgeable wanting the best outcomes for their patient long term they chaise and follow up on referrals. I found the whole team very supportive of our family circumstances and health needsThanks

Impossibile to get an appointment. Worst triage service on earth - on hold for 20 minutes and at the end of the queue, it just rang out. No other way to get appointments. Should be illegal to treat patients this way, and yet...

I was calling them for the appointment with the doctor. Last visit doctor told me to make appointment within next week. But today I called them exactly 8.00. I was in a line of 7. Then I thought that I will get an appointment with doctor. Suddenly someone cut my phone. Again I called them and they told that i was in line 15. No appointment for doctor. They can't understand our medical emergency. Because of them the medical conditions weaken more.

I called from 8AM today, line was always busy, after 20 mins trying for calling, got in queue line from no. 20 and wait untill 9:14 to get through to speak with reception to book an appointment for my pelvic pain during pregnancy and i got : no more app for today need to call back again at 8 tomorrow. Now they just let you book appointment when call at 8 ( as i called yesterday at 2pm and denied to book appointment, told to call back at 8am) after that is not allowed to book any appointment. Impossible to book for appointment.

Always been very hit or miss for me depending on care. In 2018 I went to a doctor there and told him off my symptoms and he proceeded to laugh in my face while telling me ‘you have a fractured rib’. When I asked what treatment could be given, he just told me to take ibruprofen and paracetamol and sent me on my way.In 2019 after a very traumatic experience with meningitis, they showed great care for me, there were a few slip ups however with them getting my medication doses wrong when I was weaning. A couple of times I had to argue with either the pharmacy or receptionists about giving me too high a dose when I had decreased. It was never fixed and I ended up having to throw away about 2 packs of extra seizure tablets when I was completely weaned off.In 2022, they’ve seemed to drop the ball again. I tried to arrange a blood test but was told to wait 6 weeks because there wasn’t enough test tubes. So after waiting I was unable to book an appointment until months later. And when I asked what I’m supposed to do in the meantime they told me to just ‘avoid certain foods and take supplements’. I needed an allergy test and I’m suspected of having chronic vitamin deficiencies. When I was able to finally book my blood test I received a text on the day of the appointment that they had cancelled it. I was then left stuck and have been unable to receive care since then.

1 star because there isn't a 0. All the doctor's and nurses are absolutely brilliant. The problem is the reception staff. I have witnessed and encountered many problems with them for year's. My mother and i witnessed 1 receptionist who was very rude and very loud speaking to an older gentleman. She just didn't have the patience for him but it was disgusting to see/hear. It was a form of bullying what she was doing. Everytime you ring for an appointment their attitude stinks. As for today my partner is still there with our very poorly 11 week old baby.He was told to sit and wait. He's waited an hour and a half already. They should prioritise babys and children it's as simple as that. When you go down it's always the same people with appointments which there should be a better system in place. How anyone thinks it is ok to let an 11 week old baby wait over an hour and a half is a complete joke!!

If this is the future of healthcare, you should be worried. 6 weeks to book an appointment for skin issues and swelling of fingers. Where is the prevention for further damage or diagnosing of the problem? We are still trying to work this out while they provide 'medication' without going to find out the cause. You call the line since 8am, it doesn't put you through. Keep ringing, and ringing. Finally get through and put in queue of 20-odd. You finally get through. No space. Call tomorrow, rinse and repeat. How is this acceptable? I'm aware other GPs may be like this. This may be normal, but is it acceptable? We also sent off a blood test with the local hospital, and received a text saying within normal limits". No call
