So nice to deal with real people who care about what they do. An established family business in altrincham , very friendly, straight- talking and honest, polite and courteous. They turn up when they say they will and do what they say they will. Fabulous range of windows, doors, blinds and shutters and honest advice.

I had a full set of windows replaced and 2 doors replaced - including 3 new lintels. The price was extremely competitive for the high quality product received. The installation team (John and Kev) were very courteous and polite taking care to work around us whilst we were working from home and tidying up after themselves. There were also a couple of instances where there were a couple of ways they could resolve an issue and they chatted through each option with me, before doing the work, to check I was happy. The works and products are to a very high standard and I'm very pleased with it.

Arrived on time.Office communication very good.The guys even helped to move heavy furniture, clearly the fitting was carried out by an expert team (attention to detail is rare these days) and the team were very particular. As promised they removed the old French doors and left the working area spotless, they were hard working polite and courteous what's not to like?I really hope Brow are aware of how much value these guys bring to the business. Would most definitely recommend Brow to anyone considering replacement windows or doors.

We have just had some new windows fitted by Ben’s team who made a really professional job of it. They were punctual, friendly, hard working and efficient. Not only are we happy with the quality but the price was also competitive and we would have no hesitation in recommending Brow Windows.

We have just had 14 windows plus a square bay, composite front door, 3 sets of French windows, all the soffit and fascia boards, drainpipes and gutters renewed. Excellent quality, service, prompt, polite, price. Absolutely delighted with this company and I will be using them again for a new conservatory soon.

My experience with Brow Windows has been very bad so I would definitely not recommend them for any work. I have been constantly following up on a quote for replacing a roof and extension to an existing conservatory for over 5 weeks now but nothing has been sent through. They were quick in coming out and measuring up but the service just stopped there. They have failed to provide a quote which is very unprofessional especially when the office has always said they would call me back with an update but never received a call back. A company who ignores a potential client and then gives false promises says a lot about the company. If you are looking for any windows related work please contact a professional company rather than wasting time with this one.

Recommended by a neighbour, Nice new high quality front door fitted, but more importantly a very friendly company with great communication, everything happened when promised and above all very honest when there was a slight snag that was not their fault (and this was fixed to better than my expectations). Highly recommended. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again.
