Don’t work here don’t send your loved ones here. They’re the worst company you could ever go to. Their management team is vile they’re rude. They cut the phone on you. They bribe you and talk to you with such a disgusting manner. Absolutely pathetic. You don’t even get paid properly here even especially when you chase them down for it they disagree. It’s likes monthly thing with them. They’re unprofessional they don’t know how to deal with clients and people at all. Especially the carers !! Trust me don’t work here. Worst place you could ever work.They don’t know how to run a company they always cover up the wrong doings they do but always discipline carers when they speak up or speak for their rights.Their attitude is so sky high it’s unbelievable all they do is gossip and eat.Many carers left this company because of how they deal if it was worth staying.I’d still be here. Trust me.

The ladies are very pleasnt but latterly I noticed they weren't giving the service I was paying quite handsomely for frequently saying they were ina hurry and rushing off. The straw that broke the camel's back was a the day that I was taken ill. I was unable to co.ordinate and couldn't get food into my mouth. Instead of dialling 999 immediately my carers rushed down tothe manager. She came up and immediately shouted. Dial 999. I was immediately put on oxygen in the ambulance and tested positive for COVID in hospital. This turned out to be COVID pneumonia and I had regular sessions on the nebuliser. Were it not for the actions my house manager (Deighton Court Walsall),I dread to think what the outcome might have been.
