Very friendly and offer great quality customer service. They were honest and upfront with what prices were possible and worked with us to find a car and price that works for us. Would recommend anyone to buy from here.

We went to see a car at Sascron expecting to do a deal and drive away the same day...how disappointed we were after having driven 2 hours! We had a look at the car and noticed a large dent to the drivers door, missing rear parking sensors and heavy filler to the rear passenger door. We had to wait a lot with the salesman who could not find the service history or documents. We went through a form filling where an inspection cost and optional warranty were added to the retail price of the car. We asked to test drive but were persistently asked to agree a 'price' and refused a test drive until we said yes. Whatever happened to customer service and satisfaction, you get more buying a kettle and toaster from the high street! We would not recommend this car supermarket unless you really want the car...but make sure you look at the car first!!

Travelled a long way to see a vehicle that was in poor condition and not ready for a test drive as promised. Scratches all over, wheels curbed plus decals peeling off. The photos on Autotrader failed to show these issues. Was expecting clean well maintained vehicle ready for a test drive but not as described. Was asked by Rebeca if I was buying and driving away without seeing it. My advice is to visit another dealership to avoid disappointment.

It could have easily been different, and maybe it was a one off, however I’ve just received poor customer service and can’t describe my experience by any anything else than a waste of time.Upon visiting and viewing a car late one evening with my wife and small children, I was asked, by the manager himself if I wanted to commit to a car, however I couldn’t take it for a test drive that evening nor did it have the full service history as the records where still being gathered.Assured that history would be provided in advance of test drive, we booked for the next day. Unfortunately we had to cancel in advance, due to emergency, when calling I asked to speak with Harry(manager) to rearrange and was told he didn’t work there but would call me back to rearrange…. Very odd.No call back or information provided that day as assured, I phoned again to be told it would be ready the next day, but told there was no point booking in a time until we had the information, I chose to booked in for Sunday anyway, and decided to phone the manufacturer for the service history myself.One phone call got me all the information required. 10 min done.I just received my first call back to say the car has been sold… you can imagine our disappointment after making arrangements around a young family. Should have seen it coming given the failed commitments, missed deadlines and no calls backs.Given the first conversation that also included an introduction with the manager implied that car was being held and then received a phone call to say the car was gone before being able to take it for a test drive. It’s almost like they didn’t want a cash purchase.When voicing concerns I was told it’s because I didn’t place a non refundable deposit on the car. No one told me about placing a deposit. I would have put a deposit on the car as I was serious about buying the vehicle, however I don’t know anyone in their right mind who would buy a vehicle with missing information and without taking it for a test drive.Maybe this was a miss understanding, but you can’t excuse the false expectations and poor service throughout. The only good thing about the experience was the short time spent with Wayne on the evening of our visit. Very knowledgeable and helpful.My experience could be a one off, but like all bad experiences it only takes one to spoil a reputation.

Really good experience here today. Mitchell was very thorough with all the details and never made me feel like I was being pressured into buying anything or making a decision.Very relaxed and welcoming atmosphere and I would definitely come back when I need another car in the future. Also, a mention to Harry (Manager) who made myself and my partner feel really valued and welcomed when we first arrived.Top marks all round!

My experience was a positive one. The team were friendly and professional and after just 2 days, I drove away in a car that I am delighted with.... including part exchange.

Ben was my salesman. he did a good job. no hard selling, he gave me all the options and explained everything clearly.the only negative was that there was a hidden charge of £200 to prep the car pre sale. other than that, it all went through smoothly.

Well what can I say about them. They didn't offer me much for my car until we decided to walk away. The car we bought was reasonably price but that was a selected car to be on offer. The car we bought suppose to have a service history but it was a spread sheet with dates on it. We did not do our homework and went on the happy ride of buying a new car. Take a breath and ask questions. Be careful when buying a car here.
